I was installing NVIDIA when suddenly this data error has occurred. What are the possible solutions to this problem? It would be great if someone could respond to my problem.

It seems to be that your installation files have corrupted. That’s why it shows the error while the installation. This may due to bad disk (disk width bad sectors), or virus infections. So keep in mind to download these files from vender’s site and other trusted sites only. Otherwise it may contain malicious codes in the downloaded file. Please try to download the installation package again and do the installation.

If you just downloaded the NVIDIA Driver package, you will need to redownload it because it's possible that the file you downloaded is corrupted that's why you're getting this pop-up message. Now, if you're using a CD to install the driver, try to clean the CD-ROM. That should fix the problem.
