Hello,

 

Need assistance please. I feel that each thing is fine. On the other hand I am not able to explore books. Every time I received the error message which is shown below. I have also tried to change the cable and systems but did not get any outcome.

NSPO box was not detected!

Make sure your box is not connected and try again.

Hi Jai,

May be there is no problem with the cables and the system. This message appears when nspro driver installation fails or the driver couldn’t work properly. You can follow these steps to resolve it.

1. First delete the nspro folder from program files.

2. Open the PC Device manager and uninstall nspro box drivers.

3. Now download a latest version of nspro and install it.
