Hello!

I am just new on using Chrome. I have not have any issues with it since I used it. Yesterday I tried to install a new game I just downloaded from the internet. I double checked everything to make it sure that I will not get infected with virus. Successfully I was able to get what I want. When I tried to launch Chrome it said that NPAPI plugins don't work on Chrome version 42 and higher. Can you tell me what could be the cause of this problem? Can you give me instructions on how to resolve this?

Thank you very much and have a nice day!

Hello,

NPAPI is the universal plug-in method that is being used by most of browsers. However, Chrome uses another format called PPAPI and it’s the only thing that Chrome supports.

Google is planning to remove NPAPI support from Chrome is continuing to it and so, you’re not able to have NPAPI.

Google Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers are now on PPAPI.

If you want to run programs that require NPAPI plug-in, you should use other browsers like Firefox. Get Firefox.

There are still other browsers that support NPAPI like SeaMonkey, Safari. If you want to play, you have to play the game in these browsers except Chrome and Chromium-based browsers.
