Nokia lumia 800 has launched for Batman edition which is limited edition only. The phone has a logo of Batman at the back and even the mobile contains contents like premium videos and wallpapers of Batman which are limited to that mobile itself.

The Nokia Lumia 800 is also known as Nokia Sea Ray. It supports 2G and 3G networks and uses a micro-SIM card. It was announced on October 2011 and released on November 2011. It measures 116.5 x 61.2 x 12.1 millimeters and weighs 142 grams. It has an AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with 16M colors at 480 x 800 pixels screen resolution.

It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass with Nokia ClearBlack display and multi-touch support. It runs on Microsoft Windows Phone 7.5 Mango upgradable to 7.8 powered by Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon chipset, 1.4 GHz Scorpion processor, and Adreno 205 GPU. It doesn’t support microSD card. It runs on 512 MB RAM with 16 GB internal storage. The primary camera supports 8 megapixels at 3264 x 2448 pixels with autofocus, dual LED flash, and Carl Zeiss optics.

It features geo-tagging and can record video in 720p at 30 fps. It doesn’t have a secondary camera. It has Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and EDR, GPS with A-GPS support, and microUSB 2.0. It has compass, accelerometer, and proximity sensors. The built-in web browser supports WAP 2.0/xHTML, HTML5, and RSS feeds. Unfortunately, Java is not supported. It runs on a non-removable BV-5JW Li-Ion 1450 mAh battery with standby time up to 265 hours on 2G and 335 hours on 3G.

Talk time is up to 13 hours on 2G and 9 hours 30 minutes on 3G. It also supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. On the other hand, the Dark Knight Rises limited edition of Nokia Lumia 800 was launched with the third installment of the Batman movie and only 40 pieces will be available. The Nokia Lumia 800 Dark Knight Rises limited edition is the same as the standard Nokia Lumia 800 package.

The only difference is that the back of the phone has a laser-etched Batman logo and the package comes in a black Batman-themed paper box.
