My connector device for my Nokia 7610 Supernova version to access my computer is not working. I already checked my cellphone for any malfunctions and the repair center said nothing is wrong with my cellphone's port. I also tried other connector devices however it is still not working. What shall I do with this?

You didn't provide any other details so I am assuming that you are using a Windows PC running Windows 7. Â Since you said you already verified that the phone port is functioning and that using other connectors (data cables) do not work either, I can only conclude that the problem is with the Nokia Suite and the device driver that you have installed on your PC. Â Since it is a rather old model, it is possible that the Nokia software that came with it supports only up to Windows XP. Â Look for the latest Nokia PC Suite (latest is 7.1 according to my searches) that runs under Windows 7 and you should have it working in no time. Â You can use either data cable or bluetooth.
