Nexus 5 Phone Camera Icon Disappear Issue

I am using Nexus 5 phone for some months now. Recently it got the Android Marshmallow update, But after the marshmallow update my front camera icon has disappeared or I am unable to find it. Is there a solution for this?

Nexus 5 Phone Camera Icon Disappear Issue

On such devices, you can usually find the switch camera option by clicking on the “3 buttons at the bottom”. There you can switch the camera.

If this Switch camera option is not appearing, try one of the following below.

1. Update Google Camera and Google services.
2. Factory reset the phone.
3. You have to root and recover the phone. If you do not know how to do this, you must visit the nearest service center.
4. Lastly, if nothing works, the front camera module may be defective, or it may have been disconnected from the motherboard. In this case, you have to visit the nearest service center.
