The digital map in NEW YORK was made by the Mayor of New York Mike Bloomberg to see who's technology field is hiring is it only limited to NEW YORK's area ?or all over America?

NEW YORK’S MAYOR MADE DIGITAL MAP

Hi,

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has released an online map designed to help job applicants get employment in local technical and digital media businesses. The New York Digital Map is a modified Google map that illustrates the location of tech companies in the city and whether they are hiring. Among the five hundred companies listed on the map, over 325 shows that they are hiring.

The digital map also help companies to register and find their locations plotted on the map. Presently, more than one thousand job opportunities for different skills are shown vacant throughout New York City. So far this digital Map is limited to New York area.
