I want to know more about cell phones and tablets being launched by Microsoft using their Windows OS platform. Please describe Microsoft Windows 8 tablet devices released recently.

New Microsoft Windows 8 Tablet Launch

Microsoft launched its operating system for smartphones under the banner, Microsoft Windows Surface tablet series in 2012. Also Microsoft acquired Nokia mobile devices in 2014.

The latest tablet to be launched in the series is the Surface Pro tab. The tab has a 12.3 inch display with a resolution of 1824 X 2736 pixels, making it 276 PPI. However, it has only 128 GB of internal storage which cannot be expanded but 8GB RAM. The Surface Pro tablet just weighs 768 grams. Besides, it has an 8 megapixel rear camera and 5 megapixel front camera.
