Network Connect Session Timeout while trying to connect

Hi there,

After I have update my VPN this Error appeared and it seems like it will close my connection after lots of minutes. Any ideas ? What this means and should I be worried about this message ?

Network Connect Session Timeout while trying to connect

It is not an error actually. It only prompts you if you want to continue using the VPN for the said number of minutes. I think the period or the time indicated in the dialog box refers to the duration of your VPN subscription. Because if you will convert the number of minutes indicated in the dialog box, it is equivalent to around 49 days, if I calculated it correctly.

If this is the case, you still have less than 2 months for your VPN connection to be active. I also think the Extend Session button in the dialog box is used if you want to extend the subscription of your VPN service. The dialog box will always appear if there is no activity in your connection or no one is using the VPN.

If you don’t want to see this dialog box always prompting you, check the settings of the VPN client to see if there is an option that will deactivate the dialog box.
