A problem with my NBA 2k12 doesn't have sound apps. While playing this new 2012 NBA game the sound was not working properly, I already go to the settings and put up a full volume blow but it seems like there is a problem with the audio. I am using Windows XP operating system. Can you help me fix this problem?

Hi there! You have a strange problem because you already have checked the volume settings and you said you have already set the volume to its highest level. Make sure your speakers are working ok and check your audio manager which is usually located at the lower right hand corner. Check and make sure that your volume is also not set to "Mute" using your speaker utility which is usually located next to your audio manager icon. If you already have checked these things and you won't still have sound, then you need to reinstall NBA 2k12.

Yes you are right, some people like you are also suffering from this problem. But there is a way to solve this problem. Just go to the Microsoft website and then you need to download the DirectX distributable. You can get it from the link below.
