Nero Error 5305 when clicking start smart

Hello, whenever I am clicking Nero Start Smart to open an image in my Compaq CQ 42 laptop, the command is getting failed with a message Error 5305 and says sorry.  I haven’t found the answer in the web forums. I think you can help me solving this. Waiting for your response. Thanks.

Nero Error 5305 when clicking start smart

 

Dear Clive Walker the Error 5305 given after the starting of Nero Start Smart is a compatibility issue. First of all confirm that the version you are using is built for the version of operating system you are using for it. Otherwise try the compatibility function. If selecting the compatibility options does not help then download the latest version from Nero website. Install it but before that make sure you have your antivirus turned off. The newest installed version from web would hopefully run fine and would not give any error. After this you can safely turn on your antivirus again.
