Need tutorial in autocad convert 2d dxf into 3d flat plane

I would like to convert a cad 2d dxf line drawing to a 3D flat plane version. How do I do this?  I need tutorials in AutoCAD convert 2d dxf into 3d flat plane.  Any masters out there willing to help me?

This tutorial shows how to convert 2D drawings to 3D Solid Models. Here are the AutoCAD Commands used in this tutorial: Rotate Gizmo, Move, Presspull.
