Hi there ,

The major flaw in your question is that you didn't specified which OS are you using , Windows XP or Windows 7 ?

Please note to all those who post questions here , Please ensure clarity and specify in detail all the information regarding the problem so that it would be easy and specifically we can solve your problem.

In both operating systems and EXE file in C: – windows > system32 and some dependent dll files are causing this popup.

Please note that you are actually a victim of software counterfeiting and you must definitely buy an original windows version..

Hi dear,

It seems that you have installed a software that is not supported on this Windows platform, or has a lot of viruses that have spoiled the system files.

You do not need to worry about it. Just restart your computer and press  the F5 key on the very first screen.

Then, choose safe mode. Your computer will run in safe mode. Now, type "appwiz. Cpl" in RUN and press OK.

It will open the Add/Remove Program, just uninstall your recently installed program, and restart the computer.

Thanks.
