Need some help in dealing with Microsoft producer problems

In the past Microsoft producer was working well combining slides and videos nicely, but recently when I installed the latest version I started facing Microsoft producer problems.

One big problem is that I can't replay the old presentations on the web.

Can anyone help me get rid of this problem by providing the best solution for it?

Hi,

Sometimes the latest versions are not compatible.

So it could be the case that your current system specifications are not meeting up with the Microsoft Producer's latest version.

You must check the latest version's specifications.

It's better to use the earlier version that had been working properly.

Or you can also check it in another browser like chrome or Firefox.

It doesn't work properly with Explorer 8 & Explorer 9.
