Is there someone out there willing to help me download a local version of Win7 release candidate? It would be costly for me to download but I really would love to check it out. Is there anyone willing to copy it in a DVD at a lower price?

There shouldn't be any release candidates available for download now as the official version is already available for sale. This can be verified from an MSDN release here:

If it's costly for you to download, then you might as well just spend your money on an official release. Besides, the release candidates of Windows 7 were designed to start restarting as soon as March 2010 came. It reboots twice every hour from then on and asks for an upgrade. It's only usable until June 2010. So there's really no point getting one right now, you might as well get the official release.
