Hello, I am trying to connect a handset to the ip2at 12txd headset, but I can not find any connection to the handset. Is there an upgrade card for the handset itself that provides a connection? Can anyone help, since it makes no sense, if there is a button to turn the headset on and off, then there must be a physical connection?

Hello, I think the only way to get a headset on a NEC XN120 system phone is to use a Plantronics HL10 handset stall. You connect the headset to the handset port, but leave it in position so that the hoist can operate the switch hooks. not very pretty, but it works. This is one of the improvements made with the SL1100.
