NEBULA3 SYSTEM ERROR HAS OCCURRED

Hello,

I try to use different browsers e.g. Foxfire, Google Chrome, Windows Internet Explorer, etc. to play Drakensang Online game but the game could not be loaded. I am very frustrated because whenever I click ‘Play’, the error message appears every time. I try to clean up the DSO client files repeatedly however the error still continues to appear.

Could any master advise what I shall do to fix this error?

Any suggestion is highly appreciated. Have a good day.

Hi there Curtis L Price,

Since you've already tried to clean up the DSO client files, looks like you're having either some drivers issues or you're facing a bug.

Try updating your gfx drivers and your Java for the beginning. If that doesn't help, you should try updating DirectX runtime too.

If none of the updates can solve the problem, I'm afraid you will have to submit a ticket and ask for help on the official game website.

NEBULA3 SYSTEM ERROR HAS OCCURRED

Hi Curtis,

 

This error occurs if some of DSO files are missing or corrupted. To fix this;

1. Try to clear all the file in your DSOClient folder.

2. Run your Client.

3. Let your client download the needed files.

4. If the error still occurs, the files are still incomplete, repeat step 2 then until it's done.
