A few days ago, I started having problems with my email account. I have been receiving a lot of emails from sites I have not visited. So, I checked the access location of my email account and learned that it was accessed unauthorized and accessed many times by a boy from USA.

Could you help me how can I make my Yahoo email account more secure?

Hi,

Here are the things you must do to fix this issue:

Report to Yahoo by sending a mail to [email protected]

1. Give the details of the entire story.
2. Give the latest time and date you accessed your account.
3. Give the latest password that you used.
4. Give all the information you entered upon your account registration.
5. Finally, call Yahoo: 1-408-349-1572, or 1-866-562-7219. After reporting this, you will have your account within 24 hours.

There are emails which possibly contain malicious scripts. These malicious scripts are used by the intruder to invade your email account. Once you have allowed the script running, your email account is automatically sending emails to your contacts.

How did you know that your email account was being accessed by a boy from the US? Why is it your email still accessible? If someone tries to access your email unauthorized, most probably you can’t access your email anymore.

Here are some tips to protect your email account:

• Do not open unsolicited emails; this may harm your computer and be slaved by the script attached to that email.
• Use at least 16 characters of a password, a combination of alpha-numerics and symbols.

My Yahoo Account was Accessed Unauthorizedly

You can go to Yahoo mail and try to sign in your account or just click the ‘I can’t access my account’. Then click the ‘My account has been compromised’, then type your Yahoo ID, type also the code then click next so you can verify your id and password.

Or you can download Y! Supra client so your Yahoo account cannot be accessed again.
