Hi,

My Windows update manager has encountered a problem. It is frequently showing the error message.

The screenshot of the message is attached below. If you have any idea in respect of the error please help me.

My Windows update manager has encountered a problem

Hello Jai,

To resolve that error, you will need to find a computer that has an Update Manager that works properly. You will need to copy the pm.html, pm.css as well as the ISUSPM.exe files onto a flash drive along with the nine images from the Images folder. After that, you will drag and then drop the files into the right folders on the problem computer. And then you will click on the ISUSPM.exe in the folder to open the program and test it for the error.
