Hello,

Android is a nice smartphone OS to enjoy every modern facilities of a smartphone. But first of all, all of its features must be without any trouble. Wi-Fi is quite a nice thing but whenever it makes trouble, it becomes painful.

First of all, restart your phone. Hold on the “Power” button for a few seconds and select “Restart”. Then, try to connect your Wi-Fi network.

Then, make sure that you’ve not enabled “Airplane Mode”. This will prohibit any network connection to be connected with. Check that this isn’t enabled in your “Settings”.

After all, give a factory reset of your phone. Try soft reset first; if no success, then hard reset should fix everything.

If still it doesn’t connect, you might have to contact with an expert mechanic for a fix.

If you have a Wi-Fi-capable Smartphone and you want to connect to the internet via Wi-Fi, check that the Wi-Fi connection on your phone is activated or turned on. After this, scan the area for nearby Wi-Fi networks to display the names. If you are connecting to your own Wi-Fi network, check that the network name or SSID and the password are correct.

Both credentials are case sensitive. This means you have to enter the character exactly as it is like if the letter is upper case, enter the letter in upper case also. You should also check if the signal of the Wi-Fi network is weak or strong. You will not have a problem connecting to a network if the Wi-Fi signal is strong.

If the signal is weak, connecting may be a problem.
