I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and I am getting a message "SIM card removed." I have been using the phone fine and I have not removed the SIM card, so I am not sure why I am getting this message? I don't want to cause any damage but I am guessing I need to really remove the card and ensure it isn't loose? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Hello Kathryn!

I know how difficult to have this problem with your phone. Please try to open your phone and check if the sim card is loosed. If it is, try to remove it and turn back on again your phone. Make it sure also that your sim card is properly placed, do have direct and aligned contact with the copper connectors. If the sim card is still having the same issue try to do a tweak with your sim card compartment. Place a small piece of paper, try to fold it that will not affect or bend any part in your sim card compartment. Place the piece of paper on top of your sim card and put it inside the sim card compartment. Check gain the phone if it will give you the same problem.
