My mouse and keyboard do not work simultaneously

I can restart my pc from start menu and CPU. But mouse and keyboard do not work and one of them work after restart my pc. mouse and keyboard do not work simultaneously after restart.

How can I resolve this situation?

My mouse and keyboard do not work simultaneously

This is about 80% fault with either your keyboard or your mouse, check it by replacing with other keyboard and mouse and then check the results. First connect a new keyboard with your old mouse and then check results. If both are functioning properly then it is fine other wise connect a new mouse with the old keyboard and check out the results. If your problem persists then check out your keyboard and mouse ports and try to repair it and consult to a hardware specialist if possible.

My mouse and keyboard do not work simultaneously

It could either be software or hardware related. The file that controls both the Mouse and Keyboard might not be working properly so I suggest that you do a fresh install of the operating system first. Then try using both and see if it has improvements or if does fix the problem.

You can also try changing both your keyboard and mouse to check if it really is within the port or the hardware itself. Try both using USB and PS2 type Keyboard and Mouse to determine if the problem is the same. When you have no other options then ask for the help of a technician.
