My Microsoft Lumia Phone Throws 800c005 Error

When the user tries to connect the Wi-Fi to its mobile network and tries to use the internet service on the phone, then it throws an 800c005 error. The reason behind the occurrence of the error is the incompatible system software of the phone. The solution to resolve the error message is:
