not a single application on my MacBook is responding. Whenever I try opening an application, the cursor just turns in to a spinning ball and remains that way for long until I force quit. I bought the laptop recently so memory is not full. Restarting does not help too. How can I solve this?

You may follow the below procedure to solve the problem.

1. Verify you are using the latest version of IOS in your MacBook. To update open the app store and click on updates. If you there is updates available select update all and enter you apple ID password as required. After updating restart the MacBook and verify now if you can run any application or not. If you cannot follow the next step.

2. There may be issue with permission for not responding of the application. To run application it needs some of the resource of your MacBook. But if the application is unable to access those resources application will not start. To verify this log in with the admin account to the MacBook and allow all permission to the application. Disable any security application you have for some time. Then check if you can run any application or not. Enable the security application, once your verification is completed.

If still you are unable to run any application, contact the service center.
