My laptop is not getting charges I checked my battery but there is something wrong with my dell inspiron power adapter.
Please provide some trouble shootings steps.

If your system is not getting charged and your battery is fine, then the problem is with the your power adapter.
- Check for the outlet, may be the outlet is defective. Ensure that the power cord is properly installed in a functional wall outlet.
- May be the power cord is not connected properly.
First unplug the power cord, remove the power cord from the adapter and again insert the power cord firmly until it clicks.
