Hi, how to deal with your noisy cpu fan is you need to turn off your PC, try opening your PC and clean it with a vacuum cleaner to remove dust, and try to see if it fixes the problem. As far as I know CPU fan normally linked onto how hot the CPU is, Running intensive programs heats up the CPU and hence making the fan spins more faster to cool down the CPU. It is doubtful that one of the programs you were using affects the CPU fan speed. But if cleaning is not working at all, try replacing your CPU fan, it maybe the fan is defective.

Nowadays, computer is evolving, so with computer fan. It's so sophisticated, there are different designed created to make the computer perform it's best.

Fan is so essential to a computer because without this hardware, computer won't turn on. Computer fan act like a nose of a computer parts, that allows computer to breathe in, exhale and inhale.

Computer fan creates some noise only if the computer fan is malfunctioning, dirty and it's out of shape. Meaning, computer probably loose caused by common issue (not installed properly).

This can be fix by way of opening the actual computer casing. Open the computer by the use of screw and make sure the fan is not loose. Check any defects or distorted wings of the fan. Fan should cycle and spin with out any trouble and it should spin without touching in the side of the fan casing.

A replacement of a fan is needed if still continuously create sounds. In this case, we might have a malfunction fan and it badly needed to replace to make your computer functions properly.
