[MS-DOS] Cannot open application. Only the commad prompt pops up

When I start the application below from the command prompt,

C:UsersAdministrator.android/avd/MonoDroid.ini

I get the message "could not open".  How do I solve this matter?

Why do you want to open them? There might be possibility that the MonoDroid.ini is not an executable. Because "ini" extension refers to a file that contains all the settings related to that file. These are configuration files that are used by windows to run the application properly.

• If you want to open it then you can do that with the help of notepad or text editor.
• Double click on it and select Open With.
• In the Open With menu choose the second option Select a program from the list.
• Choose notepad or any other text editor if you have.
• After that you can see a list of commands that are written in that file and can edit them if you have the know how of how to do it.
