My motherboard is INTEL Desktop D865PERL and my video card is GeForce 5200FX.

My motherboard is INTEL Desktop D865PERL and my video card is GeForce 5200FX.
I've just replaced the cards, then let it go. Then I started to encounter this problem. How can I install the driver if my computer shuts down after few seconds? My power supply is pretty new and its quiet expensive so I'm sure that is not the problem.
You should boot into safe mode and see if that helps. If it does, then uninstall the previous driver, then reboot. It will load the standard VGA driver for Windows and you will be able to install the graphics driver again. If not, then may be, you have a hardware problem.
Thanks. But when I try to insert my old card, it works fine and when I replace it with my new card I begin to experience this problem.
Put your old graphics card back in and uninstall the driver.
Turn off your computer and then insert your new card then boot up. See if it still freezes. If it does not, then install the new driver of your graphics card.
The NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 is an AGP video card. Any motherboard that supports an AGP slot will be able to use this video card. If your computer freezes after booting, check that the driver you installed is compatible with your operating system. Also, make sure the driver is really intended for NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 and not for a different video card model.
Anyway, just try downloading the driver again. The only version I found to be compatible with 32-bit Windows 7 for NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 is version 6.06 released on April 9, 2010. To fix the problem, download NVIDIA 6.06. It supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 both 32-bit and 64-bit. This NVIDIA driver package includes support for NVIDIA GTX 470 and NVIDIA GTX 480.
This driver package includes the following enhancements:
