Monitor is showing horizontal lines
It is mostly created from lack of complete resolution or low voltage on your home Electricity line. Check out the first two things. If not enough then you can reset your display program by operating your PC or display menu button. I think it is not very big problem just do these instructions you may solve this. Another reason that if you use Windows 7 latest version you must select 86x or 64x to continue. Then you will not install or use any harmful software and apps for your safety. Some games software reflect on your Display program. Basically these are main reasons about your problem. Mere for leaving such kind of try to do. when it will fail you must call operator.

Monitor is showing horizontal lines
If you see vertical or horizontal lines appearing on your screen, check that the video cable is connected properly to the CPU. If you are using HDMI, DVI, or VGA connection, make sure that the video cable of your monitor is plugged properly and securely to the video port at the back of the CPU.
Disconnect the cable from the video port then plug it back in and tighten the screws on both sides. See if this works. If you are using an LCD or LED monitor, try checking for an updated driver for your monitor from the manufacturer’s website. If this doesn’t work, try updating your video card’s driver. If you have an ASUS video adapter, go to ASUS Support.
If you have an NVIDIA video card, go to NVIDIA Driver Downloads. If you have an ATI Radeon graphics adapter, go to AMD Graphics Drivers and Software. If you are using a built-in Intel video card, go to Intel Download Center. If you have a Matrox video card, go to Matrox Driver and Software Download.
If this doesn’t fix the problem, you probably need to bring your monitor to a computer service center for servicing.
