PC encounters a hang when Starcraft 2 and browser is opened simultaneously

Hi,

This is my second question in this site.

Operating System: Windows XP service Pack 3

Processor: Core 2 Duo

RAM: 1GB DDR3

Now the problem is when I tried to play the game Starcraft 2 with music &browser opened in the background my computer got a hang. The problem was repeated when I restarted the computer. What is the problem? Please Help.

Hello!

This could be due to several problems. The one reason that could be is due to corrupt file in your Game. So, first uninstall your game and see if your computer hangs. If not then install the game again and try playing it. If same problem occurs then it must be the memory. Your pc has fast CPU but your memory is little not enough to play games and do multitasking like playing games and at the same time listening to music and browser.

Try playing the game the game only by closing music and browser. if it didn't help then you will need to upgrade your RAM from 1GB to 2GB or more. This will help in increasing the speed of your computer and you could do multitasking like playing games, listening to music and browser as well.

• Hi…your computer is very fast, the Processor is Core 2 Duo and the Ram is 1GB DDR3, wow these is good but you never mention the spec of the video card. Actually you’ve got this kind of issue because due to the Low spec of the video card.
• Try to use this kind of spec:
• Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 6570, 1GB DDR3/128bit, DirectX 11 Support, DVI-I/D-Sub/HDMI Port, PCI Express, AMD HD3D, 7.1 HD Surround Sound
