Your broadband internet connection is fine. The error message that you are receiving is probably caused by the temporary network connection problem that can be fixed right away.

To fix that problem, you will need to do the following:

  • Disconnect the broadband connection modem from your computer (Plug the device completely from the computer)
  • And then plug the modem again to the computer and establish the internet connection.
  • Try accessing a browser and see if it works.

You can also try restarting the computer that you are using the modem on, it could be idle and therefore causing that problem.
