HELLO USER,
I am writing here to your above asking problem. Firstly you have to know what a virus is, (Virus is a program that is a malicious, when the virus run on the system it stars coping itself or infected other computer software.)

As you specify that you have a window phone, so I want to say that it not that much easy to protect windows phone from a virus as compared to Android or Ios phones. It is because of the lower popularity of window smartphones.

Although we are here to help you, firstly you have to buy an original antivirus to scan your device and remove the infected files and data from your phone otherwise your window has been corrupt and data has been lost. There are some best choices like Kaspersky, quick heal, etc.

And then you have to be aware of some points like:

1. Never open suspicious emails.

2. Never use external device connections without scanning.

3. Use antivirus scans regularly.

4. And remove the caught viruses in scan completely.
