I am facing problem in opening a data file that I have in my computer with OS Windows 7, when I try to open my file SHEET INDIVIDUAL SCHOOL SMK-2010-2011_ SMK_PGRI 3_CIMAHI it appears the message "Excel can not access ……… "

I think I have found out the source of your problem sir please right click the file and go to its properties and you will see on the bottom attributes uncheck read-only and click on advance and on the file attributes please check if file is ready for archiving.
And allow this file to have contents indexed in addition to file properties has a check mark on it and please uncheck on the compress contents to save disk space and encrypt contents to secure data (depends upon you if you want) and then click ok and then apply and try opening it again.
Your Windows install is on the second disk isn't it and you also have a ntfs data partition on the first disk? If that is correct then the Windows entry points to the data partition. I believe the second entry needs to be: hd2.0 . You could also manually select the second disk from the bios but that would be a hassle to do every time.
