Probably I will give you the official Microsoft website of IIS, it is https://www.iis.net/. From there you can browse anything you need.
You can also try the following steps:
1. Click Start in your web host server
2. Go to administrative tools and click Internet Information service manager. This is to open the main configuration window.
3. Right click and choose "New web site" and click "next" on the welcome window
4. Type a description on your website and click "next" and select "all unassigned" for the IP address and click "next"
5.Click " browse and point to the directory where you stored your directory and click "OK"Â to save the setting and click "next
and then check "read" for user permission and then click "finish". The website is now created on your IIS server
Once it is uploaded, there is a IIS wizard that will help you and guide you in your inventory data that you want.
