Microsoft Encarta World Atlas Setup

Hello All,

I am trying to load the Microsoft Encarta Interactive World Atlas 2001 on my Windows XP Home edition machine. I got an error message that it was unable to register.

I have been able to load the 1998 and the other versions, but this alone keeps coming with this error message.

Can anyone help me overcome this error?

Hello dear,

I understand what your actual problem is. Actually it’s not the fault of your windows version or computer hardware but there is a fault of that Encarta software that’s why it gives an error of registry. This problem will be solved by only one way and that way is that you can delete all files of that software from your computer and then again reinstall it on your computer via compact disk or may be from any website download it. But again make sure here about the software that its must be an original one not a fake one because there are some fake websites which creates a problem while running the program so install it again from a reliable and authorized site. It sure solves your problem.
