First thing to do you have to convert it to mp4 or mpeg4 format. Plug the psp into your computer with a usb connector after that you open my computer and find in the local disk and to all disk drives until you get to the psp then click on the videos folder. You have to drag your video there,  do not change the name of the video that you drag or else it will not work.

Of course in addition you have to again update your computer operating system recommended updates if there are. And always keep your windows firewall on and antivirus for security reasons.

Insert the Sony PlayStation Portable Memory Stick to the card reader then connect the card reader to the computer. Browse the Sony PSP Memory Stick with Windows Explorer. Create a new folder named “VIDEO” on the Memory Stick media or in the system storage.

After that, copy the video you converted into that folder. You can create folders inside the VIDEO folder up to the second level. For Sony PS3 devices, the VIDEO folder is created automatically so there’s no need to create another one.
