I bought a new power supply from Kniel. I just want to ask how to connect it in parallel? I'm confused with the PA-pins of the unit. Please give me some information. Thanks!

Power supply from Kniel to be connected in Parallel

Hi Kayla, your problem is easy to solve here, what you need to connect the kniel power supply in parallel is to know the positive and negative terminals of the PA- pins. Once you have that info,it will be easy to connect the lines.

This is the procedure to use;

Interconnect load line 1 which is the positive terminal to the first terminal of the power supply

Interconnect the second load line (-ve terminal) to the second terminal of the power supply.

Ensure they are connected in a balanced manner and the sense leads are not used.

Interconnect the second pair of the PA pins in the same format where the first pin is joined  to the first terminal of the power supply.

The negative PA pin u need also to ensure it is connected to the negative terminal of the power supply;ensure the diodes couple the pin

It should work

Thanks
