MCafee Virus protection with Elit

Hi experts

Currently I am using McAfee Virus protection with Elit.

I doubted if McAfee can make an error message when attempting to adjust the System Config set up?

Whenever I want to modify the items that are on startup it presents me a message stating that I am unauthorized as well as I need to open it as an Admin.

But when I am creating these modifies I am in Administrator account.

Basically I doubted if this caused by a Trojan or virus like that or if McAfee program try to stop programs to making modifies on the set up.

Already I have run the Antivirus but did not find anything.

System Configuration
 
An Access Denied error was returned while attempting to change a service. You may need to log on using an Administrator
account to make the specified changes.
 

                                     OK

Hello Anna,

You will need to make sure that the account you have logged on with right now has got administrative privileges for that seems to be the cause of the error that you are getting right now. It seems like you have logged on with an account that does not have administrative privileges.

In case you are already using an administrative account, then the error could be as a result of a trojan or virus that has attacked your system. You will need to run the system restore utility to remove any changes that you might have made that led to your computer being infected with trojans or viruses.
