Mbam cannot start due to missing dll files

Hi,

I just installed a new program on my PC and when I tried to open it this error appeared. I experienced before this kind of error with missing DLL files and I uninstalled the programs and couldn’t use them. Can anyone help me please to fix this kind of error with missing DLL files ?

C:Windowssystem32MSVBM60.DLL is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

Hello,

“MBAM.EXE” requires the DLL file in order to call functions and make its core system work. The DLL file is a component of Visual Basic 6.0. In order to have the DLL file again in your system, you have to install VB6.

Download and install VB6 Runtime. Install the package. This will install all the required components to run programs that are built with Visual Basic 6.0 including the DLL file.

After installation is complete, restart your PC and run the software again. This should go fine.
