Hello tech folks,

I have both faceshop Pro and Morph loader in the computer; in the edit mode when I am working, I get an error message. This error popup when I try to import some face to Faceshop. This error makes me more irritating, so I tried to reinstall it several time but no luck I am getting the error. Please help me to resolve this error and to find solutions. Thanks a lot.

Faceshop Directory ‘Ebba’ could not be created because the selected figure does not have a valid runtime folder.

Make sure when you load the figure, you point it or you point the figure you are loading from to the runtime folder. If you installed it on the default DAZ Studio folder and it is a DAZ Install Manager [DIM] install, the runtime folder is located at “C:/Users/Public/Public Documents/My DAZ 3D Library/Runtime”.

If in case you installed FaceShop on a different folder instead of the default DAZ Studio folder, you need to direct the runtime folder to that location. After this, it should be back to normal. To simplify it, if you install content to your program, the path to the content you added needs to be mapped in Studio. To add or map the content, open Install Manager then go to Configuration Settings, Installation, then select label or path. See image.

Then from there, you can add the path.
