Hi,

I have this error when I want to transfer a call even the audio device is set up to accept calls. I don’t know how to make Lync to recognize my speakers and solve this ? Can anyone help me please to fix this ? Why this program gives me this error ?

Thank you !

Lync

Cannot complete the transfer.

Call was not transferred because **** does not have an audio device set up to accept calls.

Here’s how to properly setup an audio device on Microsoft Lync. Start Microsoft Lync then go to Options and click Audio Device. In “Select the device you want to use for audio calls”, select the one you desire. You can adjust the volume for the microphone, speakers, and ringer using the sliders. The blue indicator will help you select the correct level for the microphone. See image.

Once your audio device is setup and customized, you need to make a test so you can hear how you sound. Click Check Call Quality to make the test of your audio. When you make a call in Microsoft Lync or maybe join a meeting, you can use the provided controls to pause, mute, unmute, or maybe transfer the call.

In case you don’t have a time to check your audio devices before the meeting, just pause on the phone/microphone icon and then select the Devices tab. Select your audio device and then adjust the speaker. Just unmute it whenever you are done with the setup.
