I am having a problem with my server application.
I would like to know what causes the disconnection of LUN every time the when server is restarted.
Once I used my XEN server, the LUN automatically disconnects itself. How can I fix this problem?
Can anyone help me?

The first thing that I will advise you to do is check the multi path policy setting. In case you had manually changed it to round robin then you could just switch back to the default settings and see if the LUN will connect properly.
Another thing you should check is if you are using the vmw_psp_fixed, In case you are using it, then it may not be the default for active or passive and therefore I will suggest that you change it to vmw_psp_mru which is the default setting and see if it will work properly.
You should also check out the physical connection that you are using, check if they are indicating a connection or not.
