Lotus Notes email question button lock questions

 I am attempting to create optional buttons extra helpful in a questionnaire to 2000 users. I desired 3 choices and I desire it to be limited to the customer pressing a button simply once and then email lock. Moreover, I required that on the 3rd button it would be a notification box which says: Message Required Justification. I would like to unlock a message box or a counter email for any notifications in which will be returned to me, can you recommend please?

Lotus Notes email question button lock questions

Hello Alyssa Smith,

To unlock a message box or a counter email for any notifications you receive, I will suggest that you try the following procedure and see if it might be helpful:

• If it happens that the database you are using in lotus is being replicated, you may be needed to upgrade it or alternatively apply a program fix pack which you can find here.
• Otherwise you might need to the admin who is in charge of the notes and let him have a look to find out who is working on the DB, and then manually close the databases and then restart the Notes services.
• But if you are sure that no one locked that particular document, they it may be a good thing if you just inquire from the manager and let him have the database unlocked manually.
• Or you can try unlocking yourself by going to advanced database properties.
