I’m a windows 2003 w/SP2 user in x86 framework. I’m using XenApp 4.5 RP3. I wanted to know if anyone could deploy Lotus notes 8.5 or 8.5.1 using xenApp 5.0 or 4.5?
I have been testing it’s compatibility in my test lab, but couldn’t find any good results. I know that only XenApp 4.5 gives support to notes.
Please help me with my testing with your valuable comments.

Lotus notes 8.5 and 8.5.1 have been deployed using xenApp 5.0/4.5. xenApp 5.0 also supports Lotus notes.
There have been a few bugs during the deployment of notes using xenApp 5.0 but they have been fixed. The nsd file will not be produced as it used t be produced on the older versions.
When using xenApp 5.0 with Lotus notes a few functions are not working. IBM and Citrix are working together to solve these issues.
These functions will work with xenApp 4.5 or older versions but not in the 5.0 version. We can expect the issues to be solved soon.
Dynamics AX also crashes during the deployment of Lotus notes using xenApp.
So i would say that the deployment is not completely successful yet.
