Looking for the program for video presentations

Hi! I am looking for some application to make good quality video presentation, not Power Point, something more professional but not really difficult to use. Should have special effects, able to work with slides, sound of course, but as I have 2 weeks only to finish the presentation some manual also would be really helpful
