Login failed: there is an error in XML document

Hi friends, I have a problem here, this is  regarding on my experience lately while using Toggle Desktop, I have a problem logging in to my account, this error message appeared on my screen " Login failed: there is an error in XML document", please see below the error screen I pasted.

Login failed!

Login failed: there is an error in XML document (16.21)

 

 

I am wondering on what might be the cause of the error, I checked  my typing on my account details, its correctly type in the login screen, but on the aspect of XML document, I don't have any idea on it, please share some ideas on my issue, thanks a lot.

Login failed: there is an error in XML document

Hi  Martyables,

Remote Assistance or Remote Desktop is enabled?

They are two different things and have differing purposes. It is the latter that must be, and it is only available in Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise (you won't even see it on the remote tab in the Home Basic or Premium versions).

The former is an interactive session where a user is at the machine being accessed and grants permission.

In addition, if you are acccessing a Vista machine from a non-Vista machine
(XP, 2000, etc.), then you must have the option enabled for the system to be
accessed from any version of Windows.
