Log In failure: Procedure of authentication does not get to the end

The procedure of authentication does not get to the end every time I try to log in. It tells me to specify the correct username and or password.

Does anyone have any information as to why am I getting this message?

Log In failure: Procedure of authentication does not get to the end

If you get stuck on logging in to your account and it seems that you’ll be staying there for good, be sure if you really have an account created there.

You will not leave that page until your username and password matches what is stored in the server. If you are sure that you have really an account there, check carefuly your username and password. Try changing the case of the characters you entered.

It is possible that the password is case-sensitive. If you are sure that the information you entered are correct, then try to remember if the registration required you to verify your email address.

If you already verified your email address with that website, it is possible that your account got deleted from the server for some reason. Just create another account and don’t forget to make a backup or a note of your username and password.

This will help you in case you forgot again the details of your account.
