.Hi. To learn how to build a database in Access, follow the steps given below-
1) Click on Access to open it if it is closed
2) Select the icon of a blank desktop database
3) Enter the filename which you want the database to be given
4) Navigate to the location where the newly created database is to be stored
5) Click on OK to return to the workspace of Access
6) Click on the table which appears in the center of the screen as Table 1
7) Type the names and data in all the tables after you double-click on the column-name
8) Then select the type of field which is to be added such as integer or string. After all the data has been entered, assign a primary key to the tables
9) Enter the name of the new field and save it by clicking on Enter
10) After the database is created, in order to save all the content of the tables, press Ctrl+S or click on the save option
