I cannot access the security database on the server. What can be the probable cause for the logon problems in the server I am facing?

The probable cause for this error message can be:

• Maybe the trust was created at the time when the DNS was known as the NETBIOS, causing in the name resolution used being NETBIOS, instead of DNS.

• Firewall is preventing Kerberos protocol and the domain controller to access the trust relationship and discover a domain controller.

• If the problem persists, there may be the syntax error, try Gmailuser instead of [email protected].
