You can reset your password by signing into Windows using your email address.
If you can not login follow the instructions below I order to reset your password :
1. Access Advanced Startup Options.
2. Click on Troubleshoot.
3. Then on Advanced Options.
4. Then on Command Prompt.

5. Type the following :
copy c:\ then
windows\ then
system32\ then
utilman.exe c:\ then
6. Press Enter.
7. Type the following :
copy c:\ then
windows\ then
system32\ then
cmd.exethen
c:\
windows\ then
system32\ then
utilman.exe
8. Answer YES.
9. Click Ease of Access Icon.
10. Type the following :
net user “myusername” ‘mynewpassword’
11. Close cmd.
You can use your new password to log in. New password for Windows 8 has been set.
